Delivery Terms

Same-Day Delivery/Local Addresses

·         Orders for the postcode zones listed on the right will be delivered on the same day if received before 5pm.

·         If there is no answer at the delivery address, we will attempt to leave them safely at the address, or with a neighbour. We will always leave a card informing the intended recipient. Only as a last resort will we return the flowers to one of our branches.

·          Where possible, we will obtain a signature as proof of delivery.

·         We can deliver ANY day of the week, including Sunday’s to the address zones classed as local – see same day delivery list.

·         You can, of course, choose any day for your delivery, not just same day!

·         Funeral flowers – please provide the name of the funeral director if possible and we will liaise with them for the best time for delivery.

·         Please ensure the delivery address is accurate – we cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries to incorrect addresses

 

Next-Day Delivery/National Addresses

·         All orders for next-day delivery will be hand delivered by national courier service and will be delivered between the hours of 8am and 4pm on your specified day.

·         For a specific timed delivery, please check availability by telephone: 020 8944 0942.

·         For cut-off times please see the table below.

·         If there is no answer at the delivery address, the courier will decide to either leave the flowers, if safe, or try a neighbour. Please provide as many details as possible to help us achieve a successful delivery. Only as a last resort will the flowers be returned to a depot. In this situation a calling card will be left informing the recipient.

·         Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on Sunday’s to addresses that are not local to our branches. Please select a day from Monday – Saturday.

·         Please provide as much information as possible in the ‘delivery notes’ box on the order page. Remember, these are notes and we cannot guarantee the success of delivery based on the notes you provide.

·         For deliveries to hospitals, universities and large businesses, be aware that delivery to a person directly may not be possible. We will always try our best, but often deliveries are taken in at main receptions or post rooms. We will obtain a signature as our proof of delivery in these situations.

·         Funeral flowers – please give any time preferences in the ‘delivery notes’ box – these are a guide for us and not a guarantee. To help us meet your delivery preferences, please order at least 2 workings days in advance where possible.

·         Please ensure the delivery address is accurate – we cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries to incorrect addresses
