Refunds, Cancellations and Returns
We want you to be delighted with your flowers, so if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any product purchased, you should let us know as soon as possible. You can telephone us on 020 8944 0942, send an email, or write to us at this address. All queries will be dealt with as soon as possible, and we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If you wish to cancel an order that has been placed, you may do so by requesting so in writing by email. The request should be recieved by us no later than 2 working days before the due delivery date of the good purchased. Cancellation after this deadline can only be done at our discretion.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and any other taxes. Delivery charges are extra and are listed appropriately.
We will not share any of your details with anyone else. All personal details are password-protected and all financial information (i.e. credit card information) is encrypted using 128-bit SSL while in transit.
